To secure a reservation, we require
a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is then due 30 days prior to
rental. Check-in, check-out and maintenance is at Castle Resorts,
which is on-property (100 yards from unit). They are open 24 hours every day.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund
(less $50 cancellation fee) if cancelled 30 day prior to arrival
day. After that, no refunds.
